Quick answer
Which is better, Paybis or Anytime Capital?
For most U.S. buyers, Anytime Capital is the better fit: card pricing starts from 4% where Paybis's card orders run roughly 5.99% to 9.99% once the service and processing fees are added, and Anytime Capital adds cash, wire, an OTC desk, a phone line and two physical offices that Paybis does not have. Paybis is the stronger choice if you are outside the United States or need one of its 90+ coins that we do not list.

- Anytime Capital
- Paybis
Paybis publishes a 1.49% service fee on card orders after your first purchase of each asset, plus a card processing fee of 4.5% to 8.5% depending on currency, with a $2 minimum. Anytime Capital pricing starts from 4% and is shown in full before you pay. Both exclude blockchain network fees. Figures as of September 2026; check each platform's checkout for your exact quote.
What Paybis is, and what it is not
Paybis launched in 2014 and today operates from Warsaw, Poland, selling more than 90+ cryptocurrencies to customers in 180+ countries. Its main business is the checkout widget that wallets and apps embed to let their users buy crypto with a card. In the United States it is registered with FinCEN as a money services business and serves 48 states; New York residents cannot use it.
That model is efficient and it is genuinely global, but it has a shape. Everything happens through a web form. Support is a chat window or a ticket. There is no branch, no phone line, no cash, no wire desk, and no bank account attached to the crypto you buy. If your card is declined, or your verification stalls, you are waiting on a queue.
Anytime Capital was built for the opposite shape: an American company with a storefront on Piedmont Road in Atlanta, an office in Miami's One Biscayne Tower, a phone number that reaches a person, and every payment rail a U.S. customer actually uses, including cash and wire. The crypto is the same. The experience around it is not.
Fees: where the gap really is
Paybis is transparent about its pricing, which makes the comparison easy. On a card purchase you pay a 1.49% service fee (waived on your first purchase of each asset) plus a card processing fee of 4.5% to 8.5% depending on your currency, with a $2 minimum. Add those together and a typical U.S. debit card order costs somewhere between 5.99% and 9.99% before network fees.
Anytime Capital pricing starts from 4% on the same kind of order, and the full cost is on the screen before you tap confirm. On a $1,000 purchase that is the difference between keeping about $960 of Bitcoin and keeping $900 to $940. Do that twice a month and the gap pays for a lot.
Paybis does win one row honestly: its bank transfer service fee is 0.99% plus a small processing charge. If you are patient enough for ACH settlement and you are buying a coin we both list, compare that rail on price. For cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash and wire, the numbers favour us.
A front door, not a chat window
Paybis is built to live inside other people’s apps. We are built to be visited. Bring cash, bring questions, or bring a problem another platform could not solve.

Ways to pay: nine rails versus one screen
Paybis in the United States is, for practical purposes, a card checkout with Apple Pay and Google Pay on top. That is fine for a $200 top-up. It is a poor fit for a customer who was paid in cash, a business moving $50,000, or anyone whose bank blocks crypto card purchases, which is common.
Anytime Capital accepts Apple Pay, Google Pay, debit and credit cards, ACH, domestic wire, Cash App, cash in person at the Atlanta branch, and cash by mail from anywhere in the country. Wires settle the same business day. Cash orders are counted in front of you. If one rail is blocked by your bank, there are eight others.

Support: a ticket queue versus a phone number
Paybis reviewers generally praise its speed, and its Trustpilot profile sits around 4.1 / 5 across 30,000+ reviews. The complaints that do surface are the ones every online-only on-ramp collects: a card declined at the last step, a verification that needs "additional review", an order that shows pending with nobody to ask.
At Anytime Capital you can call (470) 748-2530 during business hours and reach someone who can see your order. You can email. You can drive to 2549 Piedmont Road NE, Suite 110, Atlanta, GA 30324 and sort it out across a desk. For larger orders the OTC desk gives you a named contact from quote to settlement. That is not a feature Paybis can add with a software update; it is a different kind of company.
More than a checkout: the account that comes with it
Buying crypto is one transaction. Living with it is the rest of the year. Anytime Capital customers get an FDIC-insured cash account with a free virtual debit card, a non-custodial wallet, and buy and sell in the same app, so selling Bitcoin and spending the dollars on Tuesday does not involve three companies and a wire.
Paybis, by design, ends when the coins arrive in your wallet. That is the right choice for a widget that lives inside other people's apps. It is a limited choice if you are picking the one place you will buy, hold, sell and spend.
When Paybis is the right call
We would rather tell you than have you find out. Choose Paybis if you are outside the United States, if you need one of its 90+ listed coins that we do not carry, if you want to pay in one of its 70+ fiat currencies, or if you are buying a very small amount by bank transfer and the 0.99% rate matters more than speed.
