Investor Relations
A branch-first fintech, growing like a software company
Anytime Capital is a founder-led, privately held financial technology company. We pair full-service digital banking and digital assets with real-world branches — and we're scaling both. This page is for current and prospective investors who want to follow the trajectory.
The trajectory
As a private company we don't publish absolute financials, but the direction speaks for itself.
18×
Revenue growth in 2025
Full-year 2025 revenue grew eighteen-fold over the prior year, driven by branch volume, the mobile app, and our OTC desk.
2 markets
Atlanta and Miami
From our first branch in Buckhead, Atlanta (May 2022) to our newest in Miami, Florida (August 2026) — a repeatable branch playbook in major metros.
4 lines
One platform, four ways to earn
Retail branches, consumer banking and cards, business banking, and an OTC desk — each reinforcing the others on shared infrastructure.
Milestones
From a single storefront in Buckhead to a multi-market, multi-product platform.
May 2022
First branch opens in Buckhead, Atlanta
Anytime Capital opens one of the country's first full-service digital-asset branches, bringing walk-in crypto and banking services to Atlanta's financial district.
June 2022
Regional and national press
The Buckhead opening is covered by NBC's 11Alive, the Atlanta Business Chronicle, and Metro Atlanta CEO — and the branch is later named Top Financial Institution of Buckhead.
2023–2024
From a branch to a platform
The mobile app, consumer banking and cards, business accounts, and the OTC desk launch — turning a single location into a multi-product financial platform.
2025
18× revenue growth
Full-year revenue grows eighteen-fold year over year as branch volume compounds with the digital platform.
August 2026
Newest branch opens in Miami, Florida
The branch playbook proves repeatable: Anytime Capital opens its newest location in Miami, its second major metro market.
End of 2026Planned
4 branches open
Two more locations follow Miami before year end, bringing Anytime Capital to four branches.
2027Planned
10 retail branches across the United States
The next phase of the playbook: scale from four locations to ten retail branches in major US metros.
2028Planned
20 domestic branches — and the first international locations
Twenty branches across the United States, with the first international branches bringing the model to markets beyond the US.

Where it started — Buckhead, Atlanta, May 2022

Where it's going — Miami, Florida, August 2026
Why the model works
Branches are our moat
Digital-only competitors fight for the same online funnel. A staffed branch builds local trust, wins customers no ad campaign reaches, and feeds deposits and volume into the digital platform.
Software economics on top
Every branch customer becomes an app customer. The marginal cost of serving them digitally is software-like, so branch growth compounds instead of adding overhead.
Compliance as an asset
We operate as a regulated money services business with bank-grade KYC and BSA programs. In this category, the compliance bar is the barrier to entry.
A repeatable playbook
Atlanta proved the model; Miami is the template applied. Each new metro starts with a branch and inherits the full product suite from day one.
