How Anytime Capital Protects Your Wallet
Anytime Capital pairs a non-custodial wallet — where only you hold the keys — with the accountability of a FinCEN-registered US financial platform. Here is exactly how your crypto and your cash are protected, and the licenses we operate under.

Six Layers of Wallet Security
Non-custodial by design
Your private keys are generated on your device and stay there. Anytime Capital never holds, sees, or transmits your keys — no employee, hacker, or court order aimed at us can move your crypto.
Client-side transaction signing
Every transaction is signed locally on your device before it is broadcast to the blockchain. Our servers relay signed transactions; they never handle the keys that authorize them.
Passkey authentication
Your account is protected by passkeys — cryptographic credentials unlocked by Face ID, Touch ID, or your device PIN. There is no password to phish, reuse, or leak.
Encrypted backups, portable keys
Wallet backups are encrypted end-to-end with 256-bit encryption. Your wallet is BIP-39 compatible: import an existing wallet with a 12 or 24-word seed phrase, and export your keys any time — self-custody means never being locked in.
Compliance screening
Platform activity is screened against OFAC sanctions lists, and identity verification protects the platform from fraud and abuse. Compliance-first operation is what lets us pair self-custody with real US banking rails.
Fraud monitoring
Device intelligence, anti-bot protection, and human review help keep account-takeover and scam activity off the platform. If something looks wrong with your account, real humans investigate.
What Self-Custody Asks of You
Self-custody means no third party can move your funds — including to rescue them. Guard your seed phrase if you export one (anyone who has it has your crypto), verify addresses before sending (on-chain transfers are irreversible), and never share your passkey device or codes. Anytime Capital will never ask for your seed phrase.

Is Anytime Capital's wallet safe?
The wallet is non-custodial: your private keys are generated on your device, transactions are signed on your device, and keys are never sent to our servers. Combined with passkey login, encrypted backups, and 256-bit encryption, your crypto's security does not depend on trusting us with custody.
Is Anytime Capital licensed?

Can Anytime Capital freeze or access my crypto?
No. Because the wallet is non-custodial, we never hold your private keys and cannot move, freeze, or access the crypto they control. Regulated activities on the platform (like converting to USD in your cash account) follow standard banking compliance rules.
What happens to my crypto if Anytime Capital goes offline?
Your crypto lives on the blockchain, controlled by keys only you hold. You can export your keys or seed phrase at any time and use them in any BIP-39 compatible wallet — your funds never depend on our servers existing.

Cryptocurrency is never FDIC insured, anywhere. US dollars in your Anytime Capital cash account are FDIC-insured up to applicable limits through Pathward N.A., Member FDIC.
