Is Paybis available in the USA? In 48 states, with a catch
Paybis is registered with FinCEN and takes U.S. cards, but it is a European company serving Americans from a distance, and it turns away New York outright. Anytime Capital is the U.S. company on the ground.
- Paybis: 48 states, excluding New York, Louisiana, Hawaii
- Anytime Capital: Atlanta branch, Miami office, U.S. phone line
- Cash, ACH and domestic wire, the rails Americans actually use

Quick answer
Can I use Paybis in the United States?
Yes, in 48 states. Paybis is registered with FinCEN as a money services business and accepts U.S. cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. It does not serve residents of New York, and independent reviews also list Louisiana and Hawaii as excluded. If you want a platform that is actually based in the U.S., with a phone number, a walk-in branch in Atlanta and cash and wire options, Anytime Capital is the domestic alternative.

Published fee percentages on a debit or credit card order
- Anytime Capital
- Paybis
Paybis publishes a 1.49% service fee on card orders after your first purchase of each asset, plus a card processing fee of 4.5% to 8.5% depending on currency, with a $2 minimum. Anytime Capital pricing starts from 4% and is shown in full before you pay. Both exclude blockchain network fees. Figures as of September 2026; check each platform's checkout for your exact quote.
Where Paybis works in the U.S., and where it does not
Paybis's U.S. terms of service register it with FinCEN as a money transmitter and open it to residents of 48 states. The published exclusion is New York, whose BitLicense regime keeps out most non-New York crypto firms. Reviewers covering the platform in 2026 also list Louisiana and Hawaii as unavailable. Availability can change, so check the state list inside Paybis's checkout before you rely on it.
For everyone else, Paybis works the way it does everywhere: verify your identity, pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer, and receive the coins at your wallet address. Prices are quoted in dollars.
What "available in the USA" leaves out
Availability is not the same as presence. Paybis has no U.S. office you can visit, no U.S. phone line, and no cash rail. Its support team works from Europe. None of that stops a purchase from going through, but it matters the moment an American customer needs an American answer: a bank that blocked the card, a wire that needs to go out today, a cash payment from a business that operates in cash.
Anytime Capital is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. The Atlanta branch at 2549 Piedmont Road NE, Suite 110, Atlanta, GA 30324 is open Mon–Fri 10am–5pm · Sat 10am–2pm. There is a Miami office in One Biscayne Tower. The phone number, (470) 748-2530, reaches a person in the United States during business hours. Domestic wires settle the same business day.

New York and other excluded states
If you live in New York, Paybis is not an option at all. Anytime Capital's availability depends on identity verification and state eligibility rather than a fixed exclusion list, and the quickest way to find out for your state is to start an order or call the branch. If we cannot serve you, we will say so up front rather than after you have uploaded documents.
U.S. payment rails compared
American customers pay in ways a global widget struggles with. Paybis covers cards and the two mobile wallets well. Anytime Capital adds ACH, domestic wire, Cash App, cash in branch and cash by mail, and publishes a bank-by-bank guide to which U.S. issuers allow crypto purchases, so you know before you tap whether Chase or Capital One will decline.
