Careers at Anytime Capital
We are opening twenty branches. Come help us run them.
Most financial companies spend three years and a permit office to open one location. We open ours in weeks. That means we are growing faster than a traditional bank can, and the constraint is no longer real estate or capital — it is people. These are the roles we need filled to make twenty branches work.

How the micro-branch model works
A traditional bank branch means a long commercial lease, a build-out, a permit process and a year of waiting before a single customer walks in. That is why the industry has been closing branches instead of opening them.
We took the opposite approach. Our branches run out of flexible, professionally managed office space in the buildings our customers already work in. No lease negotiation, no construction, no permit queue — we can be open and serving a new city in a matter of weeks.
Because the footprint is small, so is the team in it. A branch is one or two people with a real skill set, not a row of tellers. That is why almost every US role here is open nationwide: we hire the best person for the function, then seat them at whichever branch is closest to them.
Where you will actually work
Almost every US role on this page is open nationwide. We are not asking you to relocate. If we have a branch in your city, that is your office. If we do not have one yet, you work remotely — and if we open one near you later, you are welcome in it.
The two content roles are the exception. Those are tied to Atlanta and Miami because the job is to film and document what happens inside those branches, which is difficult to do from somewhere else.
Roles listed under Remote & International are fully remote and open to candidates anywhere in the world.
Why here
What it is actually like to work here
Show up in person
Everyone else closed their branches. We are opening them. Our customers hand over cash, ask hard questions, and want to look someone in the eye — and we think that is an advantage, not a cost center.
Compliance is the product
We move money and crypto for real businesses in a heavily regulated category. Getting BSA, AML and KYC right is not overhead here; it is the reason customers can trust us with the transaction at all.
Small teams, wide remit
We staff each branch with one or two people who own a function properly, not a floor full of specialists. Nobody here spends the week waiting on three approvals to do the obvious thing.
Move at branch speed
The micro-branch model exists because we would rather be open and learning in a city than perfect and absent from it. We hire people who are comfortable with that trade.

Process
How hiring works here
- 1
Apply
Send us your resume and a few lines about why this role. We read every application ourselves — there is no keyword filter standing between you and a human, and you will get an email confirming we have it.
- 2
Intro call
A 30-minute conversation about your background, what you want next, and what the role actually involves day to day.
- 3
Working session
A practical conversation with the people you would work alongside. Expect to talk through a real problem from the role rather than answer trivia.
- 4
Founder conversation
Every hire meets a founder before an offer. We are small enough that this is still possible, and we intend to keep it that way.
- 5
Offer and background check
Roles that touch customer funds or compliance decisions require a background check. We tell you upfront which ones do.
Questions we get asked
- Where will I be based?
- Almost every US role here is nationwide. You work out of whichever Anytime Capital branch is local to you, and remotely if we have not opened one in your city yet. We are opening twenty branches, so that map keeps growing. The only location-specific US roles are the two content creator positions in Atlanta and Miami.
- Are the remote roles open to candidates outside the US?
- Yes. Everything under Remote & International is open worldwide. We care about overlap with US business hours and clear written English far more than where you sit. The Chief Compliance Officer role is the one exception on this page — that must be US-based, because the role carries regulatory responsibility under US law.
- Do I need financial services experience?
- It depends on the role. Compliance and the leadership roles genuinely require it. For marketing, sales and content we care much more about whether you are good at the craft — we can teach you the category, and we will train you properly on the compliance obligations that come with working at a money services business.
- What does the compliance training involve?
- Every employee who touches a transaction is trained on Bank Secrecy Act obligations, anti-money-laundering red flags, customer identification requirements and our escalation process. Compliance staff get considerably more depth, including currency transaction reporting and suspicious activity referral.
- How long does the hiring process take?
- Usually two to three weeks from application to offer. You will get an email confirming your application the moment you submit it, so you are never left wondering whether it arrived.
- What if my role is not listed?
- Send us a general application. We staff each branch with one or two people whose skill set fits what that market needs, so the roles we hire for genuinely change as we grow. A strong candidate in a discipline we have not posted still gets read.
- Is there a background check?
- For roles that touch customer funds, branch operations or compliance decisions, yes — that is standard for a registered money services business, and in some states it includes fingerprinting. We cover the cost, and we tell you what came back before we act on it.
