Chief Financial Officer

Anytime Capital brings together banking, payments and digital assets in a single, integrated relationship, serving consumers and businesses through online accounts and a growing network of branch locations. As the company scales, we are hiring a Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function.
The CFO owns financial strategy, planning and reporting across the company: budgeting and forecasting, cash and treasury management, branch-level financial performance, and the financial controls expected of a regulated money services business. The role advises the founders on major decisions, including market expansion, pricing and capital planning.
This is a remote position open to candidates across the United States, with periodic travel to our Atlanta headquarters and branch locations.

What you'll do
- Own financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning
- Oversee accounting operations, the monthly close and the preparation of financial statements
- Manage cash flow, treasury and the company's banking relationships
- Track branch-level financial performance and support expansion decisions with clear unit economics
- Maintain the financial controls, records and reporting standards expected of a regulated money services business
- Support licensing, audit and examination processes with accurate and timely financial information
- Manage relationships with external accountants, auditors and tax advisors, and build the finance team as the company grows
- Advise the founders on major financial decisions
What we're looking for
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership as a CFO, VP of Finance or Controller
- Experience in financial services, payments, fintech or another regulated industry
- Strong command of US GAAP and financial reporting
- Demonstrated experience building financial processes and controls in a growing company
- Based in the United States and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to pass a background check
Nice to have
- CPA or MBA
- Experience at a money services business, bank or digital asset platform
- Familiarity with the financial requirements of state money transmitter licensing
- Experience with digital asset accounting
