Content Creator
Document what happens inside our Atlanta branch and turn it into the reason the next customer walks in.
Atlanta is our home market and the branch with the longest history, which means it has the deepest bench of customer stories — business owners who could not get an account anywhere else, people who walked in with a problem nobody had been willing to solve. That is the raw material, and almost none of it has been captured.
This is a hands-on production role, not a strategy one. You will shoot, edit and ship — mostly short-form vertical video, plus the photography and written posts that go with it. You own the output for your branch, and you work alongside our remote marketing team on where it runs.
What you'll do
- Shoot and edit short-form video in and around the branch, on a consistent weekly cadence
- Capture real customer stories, with consent, and turn them into content people actually finish watching
- Produce photography and written posts to support the video
- Cover branch events, local partnerships and community presence
- Work with the remote marketing team on distribution and what is landing
- Keep a usable content library so the same footage can serve more than one purpose
- Follow the rules on what a regulated financial company may and may not claim in marketing — we will train you on this
What we're looking for
- A portfolio of short-form video you personally shot and edited. This matters far more to us than your resume
- You can operate solo: your own camera or phone rig, your own lighting, your own edit
- Comfortable approaching real customers and getting a natural take out of them
- Reliable weekly output — consistency beats occasional brilliance in this role
- Based in the city and able to work from the branch
Nice to have
- You have grown a social account, your own or a brand's, and can show the numbers
- Photography skills alongside video
- Spanish, particularly for the Miami role
- An interest in finance or crypto — you will be explaining it constantly
