Data Analyst
Build the reporting that shows how every branch, product and campaign is performing.
Anytime Capital generates data across branch transactions, online accounts, marketing campaigns and customer onboarding. The Data Analyst is responsible for turning that data into accurate, usable reporting for the founders and every team lead.
This position builds and maintains dashboards, answers operational questions with analysis, and helps define the metrics each part of the business runs on — from branch performance to campaign conversion. Accuracy matters: your output will be used to make real decisions.
This is a fully remote position hired in the Philippines. You will work as part of a distributed team supporting US operations, so reliable overlap with US business hours is required.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain reporting on branch, product and marketing performance
- Answer operational questions with clear, accurate analysis
- Define and track the metrics each team runs on, from branch revenue to campaign conversion
- Maintain data quality and flag inconsistencies early
- Support finance and compliance with data for reconciliations, filings and audits
- Document definitions and methodology so reporting stays consistent
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in data analysis, business intelligence or a similar analytical role
- Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills, and experience with a BI or dashboard tool
- Ability to present findings clearly in written English
- High attention to accuracy
- Based in the Philippines, with reliable overlap with US business hours
Nice to have
- Experience with financial services, payments or digital asset data
- Python or another scripting language for analysis
- Experience building reporting from scratch in a growing company
