Head to head
ToobitToobit vs Anytime Capital
Toobit is a Cayman Islands derivatives exchange built for leverage: 200x perpetuals, copy trading, and a fee ladder that rewards volume. It stopped serving Americans in August 2024. Anytime Capital is a U.S. money services business with a branch in Atlanta, a phone number, card pricing from 4%, and nine ways to pay. For a U.S. searcher this is less a comparison than a fork in the road.
- Anytime Capital serves customers worldwide, U.S. residents included; Toobit closed U.S. accounts on August 1, 2024
- Cash, wire, ACH, Cash App, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cards, versus crypto-only deposits
- Call (470) 748-2530 or walk into the Atlanta branch; Toobit is chat and email only

Quick answer
Which is better, Toobit or Anytime Capital?
If you are in the United States, Anytime Capital is the only one of the two you can legally use: Toobit suspended U.S. trading effective August 1, 2024 and lists no U.S. entity or state licenses. Anytime Capital serves customers wherever they are, with nine payment rails including cash and same-day wire, card pricing from 4% with the spread included, an OTC desk, a phone line, an FDIC-insured cash account with a debit card, and a non-custodial wallet. Toobit is the stronger choice only for a derivatives trader in a country it serves who wants 200x perpetuals and copy trading, and who is comfortable with a Cayman-registered custodian whose reviews describe profits being frozen.

Card pricing at Anytime Capital, where Toobit has no card rail
Published fee percentages on a debit or credit card order
Toobit does not sell crypto for a card payment directly: no fiat rail for U.S. customers because Toobit does not serve them; elsewhere, card purchases run through third-party processors at rates set by the processor. Anytime Capital card pricing starts from 4% and is shown in full before you confirm, excluding network fees. As of September 2026.
What Toobit is, and what it is not
Toobit launched in October 2022 from George Town in the Cayman Islands and grew fast on one product: perpetual futures with leverage up to 200x, wrapped in copy trading so that newer users could mirror the accounts at the top of the leaderboard. It lists more than 500 coins across roughly 860 trading pairs by some counts, runs a spot market with fees from 0.075% and 0.10%, and has published Hacken proof-of-reserves reports showing more than 100% backing across BTC, ETH, USDT and USDC for more than 600,000 account holders. For a derivatives trader in a country it serves, it is a credible mid-tier venue.
For an American it is a closed door. Toobit announced a suspension of trading for U.S. users effective August 1, 2024 and gave them to the end of that month to withdraw. The United States sits alongside China, Cuba, North Korea, Syria and a dozen other jurisdictions on its restricted list. Toobit describes itself as registered with FinCEN as a money services business and as holding a VASP registration in Poland, but a FinCEN registration is a filing, not a license to sell to U.S. retail, and it does not replace the state money transmitter licenses that serving Americans requires.
Anytime Capital serves the customer Toobit turned away, and everyone else. It is a U.S. company that serves customers worldwide, with a storefront at 2549 Piedmont Road NE in Atlanta, an office in Miami, a phone number that reaches a person, and rails that run from Apple Pay and cards to cash and same-day wire. It does not offer leverage. It sells you the coin, delivers it to a wallet you control, and gives you a bank account and debit card to cash out into.
Fees: a volume ladder for traders, versus one price for buyers
Toobit's schedule is a classic maker-taker ladder. Spot starts at 0.075% maker and 0.10% taker and falls to 0.0125% and 0.0375% at the top VIP tier. Futures start at 0.02% maker and 0.06% taker and fall to 0.006% and 0.03%. Funding payments on perpetuals sit on top of that, and withdrawals carry a per-coin network fee that Toobit sets by chain. Those are the numbers an active trader in a supported country works from, and Toobit periodically runs promotional fee-free windows on selected spot pairs.
What Toobit has no schedule for is getting dollars in from an American bank, because it cannot take them. Card purchases elsewhere run through third-party processors at whatever rate the processor sets that day, and there is no ACH, no wire and no cash. A U.S. customer cannot legitimately fund a Toobit account at all, which makes its trading fee irrelevant to the question most U.S. searchers are actually asking.
Anytime Capital's pricing answers that question directly: card orders from 4% with the spread included, one all-in number with the amount you pay and the crypto you receive shown before you confirm, and ACH, wire and cash priced the same transparent way. It is not a trading fee and does not pretend to be one. For a $20,000 purchase the OTC desk quotes a same-day wire with a named contact, which is a different product from a 200x order book and is priced accordingly.

Ways to pay: nine rails versus none, if you are in the U.S.
Funding Toobit means sending crypto from another wallet or exchange, or, in a country Toobit serves, paying a third-party card processor or trading peer-to-peer. There is no ACH, no wire, no Cash App and no cash, and for a U.S. resident even the crypto deposit route is off the table because the account itself is not permitted. Every row in the payment table on this page is a "no" for the same reason.
Anytime Capital accepts Apple Pay, Google Pay, debit and credit cards, ACH, domestic wire, Cash App, cash in person at the Atlanta branch, and cash by mail from anywhere in the country. Wires settle the same business day. If one rail is blocked by your bank, there are eight others, and a person on the phone who can tell you which one to use.

Support: 24/7 chat that cannot unfreeze an account, versus a phone number
Toobit's Trustpilot profile sits around 2.8 out of 5 across fewer than a hundred reviews, split sharply between five stars and one star. The praise is for the app, copy trading, quick KYC and a live chat that answers at three in the morning. The complaints follow one pattern: a customer trades profitably, the account is restricted under Toobit's compliance and risk-control policy, the gains are labeled "illegal profits," and the customer is offered a withdrawal of the original deposit if they agree to forfeit the rest. Chat replies, but chat cannot overrule the risk team.
At Anytime Capital you can call (470) 748-2530 during business hours and reach someone who can see your order. You can email. You can drive to the Atlanta branch and sort it out across a desk. For larger orders the OTC desk gives you a named contact from quote to settlement, and because the coins are delivered to a wallet you control, there is no balance for a risk team to freeze afterward.
Custody, proof of reserves, and the account that comes with it
Toobit is custodial, and to its credit it says so with numbers: Hacken's proof-of-reserves reports, the most recent in May 2026, show more than 100% backing of in-scope assets, and Toobit's infrastructure has been penetration-tested and ISO 27001 certified. That addresses the question of whether the coins exist. It does not address whether you can withdraw them, which is a compliance decision made inside the company.
Anytime Capital delivers what you buy to a non-custodial wallet you control, and pairs it with an FDIC-insured cash account and a free virtual debit card. Sell Bitcoin on Tuesday and the dollars are spendable from the same app, without a second company, a second KYC or a wire in between. More than 8,000 trades have gone through the platform that way.
When Toobit is the right call
Choose Toobit if what you want is up to 200x on perpetual futures or copy trading on a custodial order book, Toobit serves your country, and you are comfortable leaving a balance with a Cayman-registered custodian whose reviews describe profits being frozen. For U.S. residents Toobit is not a choice at all. For buying and holding Bitcoin, Ethereum or USDC with cash, a wire, a card or Cash App, delivered to a wallet you control, wherever you are, start below.
