Quick answer
Which is better, Binance TR or Anytime Capital?
Binance TR is a Turkey-only exchange: it trades only in Turkish lira, requires a Turkish identity number and a Turkish bank account, and is a separate company from Binance.US. Anytime Capital serves customers wherever they are, with card pricing from 4% with the spread included, cash and same-day wire, an OTC desk, an FDIC-insured cash account with a free debit card, and offices in Atlanta and Miami. Binance TR is the right choice only if what you want is a lira order book under Turkey's licensing framework.

Card pricing at Anytime Capital, where Binance TR has no card rail
Published fee percentages on a debit or credit card order
Binance TR does not sell crypto for a card payment directly: no card, Apple Pay or Google Pay purchases outside Turkey; funding is a free lira transfer from a Turkish bank, so a U.S. card never applies. Anytime Capital card pricing starts from 4% and is shown in full before you confirm, excluding network fees. As of September 2026.
What Binance TR is, and who it is for
Binance TR launched in September 2020 as a locally operated marketplace run by BN Teknoloji in Istanbul, Binance's answer to a Turkish market that was already one of the most crypto-active in the world. It lists more than 310 coins against the lira, integrates free deposits and withdrawals with seven major Turkish banks, and carries Binance's liquidity behind its order books. When Turkey passed its crypto law in July 2024 and the Capital Markets Board began listing approved providers, Binance TR was on the list, and Binance.com pushed its Turkish customers to it by removing direct lira trading.
Everything about it is Turkish by construction. The only fiat currency is the lira. Verification requires a T.C. Kimlik identity number, and funding requires a Turkish bank account in the same name. Since mid-2025, MASAK rules have added identity details on transfers above 15,000 lira and a waiting period on early withdrawals. There is no dollar market, no card checkout for foreigners, and no path for a U.S. resident, who is pointed to Binance.US instead, a different company with different rules.
Anytime Capital is the version with no identity-number gate: a U.S. money services business that serves customers worldwide, with a storefront at 2549 Piedmont Road NE in Atlanta, an office in Miami's One Biscayne Tower, a phone line at (470) 748-2530, and every rail from Apple Pay to cash by mail. The Bitcoin is the same. The Turkish paperwork is not required.
Fees: a lira schedule with tiers, versus one all-in number on screen
Binance TR charges 0.1% for makers and takers at the base tier, or 0.075% when fees are paid in BNB, with volume tiers below that for large accounts. Lira deposits and withdrawals through Ziraat, VakıfBank, Akbank and the other partner banks carry no bank charge, which is the feature Turkish reviewers mention most. Crypto withdrawals are a fixed per-coin network fee. All of it is denominated in lira and all of it requires a Turkish account.
Anytime Capital prices differently. Its card, Apple Pay and Google Pay pricing starts from 4% with the spread included, and the amount you pay and the crypto you receive are both shown before you confirm. There is no deposit line, trading line and withdrawal line to add up afterward. Binance TR has no dollar rail and no card rail for anyone without a Turkish bank account, so for a card order its number does not exist.
Where the two meet is size. Anytime Capital's OTC desk quotes same-day wire trades with a named contact, which is the closest equivalent to what Binance TR's order book offers a Turkish institution, and it is open to customers anywhere rather than to holders of a Turkish identity number.

Ways to pay: seven Turkish banks, versus nine rails
Binance TR funds accounts by lira transfer from a Turkish bank account held in the verified customer's name. That is the whole list for a foreigner, and Turkish law is the reason: the 2024 crypto framework routes every lira transaction through a licensed local gateway. There are no foreign wires, no cash, and no way for a U.S. card to reach it.
Anytime Capital accepts Apple Pay, Google Pay, debit and credit cards, ACH, domestic wire, Cash App, cash in person at the Atlanta branch, and cash by mail. Wires settle the same business day, the card and wallet rails work wherever you are, and none of them require a Turkish identity number or a Turkish bank.

Support: Turkish-language tickets, versus a phone number in Atlanta
Binance TR's support runs in Turkish through its help center, chat and tickets. Its English-language review footprint is nearly empty: the Trustpilot profile for trbinance.com holds only a few reviews, too few for a meaningful score, and the ones there describe frozen lira withdrawals and verification emails that never arrived. Turkish community forums tell a fuller story, with praise for near-instant bank funding and complaints about withdrawal delays during bank maintenance and the tighter limits that followed the 2025 MASAK rules.
At Anytime Capital you call (470) 748-2530 during business hours and reach someone who can see your order. You can email, or drive to 2549 Piedmont Road NE and sort it out across a desk. For larger orders the OTC desk gives you one named contact from quote to settlement.
More than a trade: the account that comes with it
Binance TR is a custodial exchange balance under Turkish custody rules. Anytime Capital customers get an FDIC-insured cash account with a free virtual debit card, a non-custodial wallet where the keys are theirs, and buy and sell in one app, so selling Bitcoin and spending the dollars the same afternoon is one company and one card rather than a lira transfer back to a Turkish bank.
When Binance TR is the right call
Choose Binance TR if what you want is a lira-denominated spot order book under Turkey's Capital Markets Board framework, with Binance-backed liquidity on lira pairs and a Turkish bank on the other end. It is the sensible default for that product. For anyone who saw the Binance name and wants to buy in dollars, with a phone number and a branch, start below.
