Quick answer
Which is better, Binance or Anytime Capital?
If you are in the United States the comparison is short: Binance.com will not take your account, and its 2023 settlement with the Department of Justice requires it to stay out of the country. The separate Binance.US covers about 38 states and has no cash rail. Anytime Capital serves customers wherever they are, the U.S. included, with card pricing from 4% with the spread included, cash in branch or by mail, same-day wire, an OTC desk for large orders, a phone line, and an FDIC-insured cash account with a free virtual debit card. Binance is the better tool only if what you want is a global derivatives and margin order book.

Published fee percentages on a debit or credit card order
Binance does not sell crypto for a card payment directly: a card purchase fee of up to about 2% in the regions it serves, with the rate and spread shown at checkout; U.S. residents cannot use it at any price. Anytime Capital card pricing starts from 4% and is shown in full before you confirm, excluding network fees. As of September 2026.
What Binance is, and why a U.S. buyer cannot use it
Binance launched in 2017 and within a year was the highest-volume exchange in the world. It lists more than 500 assets across 1,500-plus trading pairs, runs the deepest order books in crypto, and has built futures, margin, staking, a launchpad and a payments business around the core exchange. It has never declared a formal headquarters, though its leadership has been based in the UAE for several years. For an active derivatives trader it is the default choice for good reasons.
The United States is the exception. Binance.com stopped serving U.S. residents in 2019 after regulators pushed back, and a separately owned company, Binance.US, was created to take American customers. Then in November 2023 Binance Holdings and its founder Changpeng Zhao pleaded guilty in Seattle to violating the Bank Secrecy Act and sanctions law. Binance paid more than $4.3 billion, Zhao paid $50 million and stepped down as CEO, and FinCEN's settlement imposed a five-year monitorship that requires Binance to fully exit the United States. A U.S. resident who tries to sign up today is blocked at verification.
Anytime Capital serves the customer Binance cannot, and everyone else. It is a U.S. money services business with a storefront on Piedmont Road in Atlanta, an office in One Biscayne Tower in Miami, a phone number that reaches a person during business hours, and every payment rail from Apple Pay to cash and same-day wire, available wherever you are. The Bitcoin is the same. The legal ability to sell it to you is not.
Fees: a tiered trading schedule, versus one all-in number on screen
Binance's spot trading fee is 0.1% for both makers and takers, dropping to 0.075% when fees are paid in BNB, with VIP tiers that start at $250,000 in 30-day volume. Active traders build around that schedule. Buying with a card is a different product: in the regions Binance serves, the card purchase fee is a separate line plus whatever spread sits in the quote, and withdrawal fees per coin are set by Binance and change without notice.
Anytime Capital's card, Apple Pay and Google Pay pricing starts from 4% with the spread included, one all-in number, with the amount you pay and the crypto you receive shown before you confirm. Binance's price is assembled differently: a trading fee on a trade inside an account you already funded, a card or bank fee to fund it, a spread inside the card quote, and a withdrawal fee to leave, on a platform that will not open the account for a U.S. resident at all.
For larger amounts the structure shifts anyway. Anytime Capital's OTC desk quotes size directly and settles by same-day wire, with a named contact from quote to settlement. That is closer to Binance's VIP treatment than to its retail checkout, and it is available today, wherever you are.

Ways to pay: nine rails versus none for a U.S. resident
In the markets it serves, Binance accepts cards, bank transfers, Apple Pay, Google Pay and a peer-to-peer marketplace with hundreds of local payment methods. In the United States it accepts nothing, because it cannot take the account. Binance.US, the separate company, offers ACH, wire and debit card in the states where it holds licenses, and it does not accept cash in any form.
Anytime Capital accepts Apple Pay, Google Pay, debit and credit cards, ACH, domestic wire, Cash App, cash in person at the Atlanta branch, and cash by mail from anywhere in the country. Wires settle the same business day. If your bank blocks a crypto card purchase, which is common on credit cards, there are eight other ways to complete the order.

- Debit card
- Credit card
- ACH bank transfer
- Wire transfer

Support: a 24/7 chat for 300 million users, versus a phone number
Binance runs a 24/7 live chat in 17 languages and a ticket system, and there is no phone line. For a password reset that is fine. The complaints that dominate Binance's public reviews are about the cases chat cannot fix: an account frozen for a risk review, a withdrawal held pending documents, a verification loop where the same ID is rejected three times. Trustpilot suspended Binance's TrustScore after flagging suspected fake reviews, so even the headline number is unavailable, and the thousands of reviews that remain skew heavily negative.
At Anytime Capital you can call (470) 748-2530 during business hours and reach someone who can see your order. You can email. You can drive to 2549 Piedmont Road NE in Atlanta and sort it out across a desk, Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm or Saturday from 10am to 2pm. For larger orders the OTC desk assigns a named contact. The company has completed more than 8,000 trades that way.
More than an exchange balance: the account that comes with it
Binance is custodial. Your coins sit in Binance's wallets until you withdraw them, and the exchange can freeze the balance while it reviews the account. Anytime Capital customers get a non-custodial wallet, so the crypto is theirs from the moment it lands, plus an FDIC-insured cash account with a free virtual debit card. Sell Bitcoin on Monday and spend the dollars on Tuesday, without a wire to a third bank.
That combination, a regulated U.S. rail in and a U.S. bank account out, is the part of the experience that a global exchange cannot offer, and it is the part that matters most when you are moving real money rather than trading altcoins.
When Binance is the right call
Choose Binance if what you want is a global spot and derivatives order book, with futures, margin, staking and launchpad products in one account, and the support model does not worry you. If you are a U.S. resident, Binance.US is the licensed cousin, with no cash rail, and it is worth its own comparison.
