Fees
Binance TR fees, explained line by line
Every platform quotes one number and charges several. Here is what Binance TR actually takes on a purchase, what it leaves out of the headline, and what the same order costs at Anytime Capital.
- Binance TR: no card, Apple Pay or Google Pay purchases outside Turkey; funding is a free lira transfer from a Turkish bank, so a U.S. card never applies
- Trading: 0.1% maker and taker at the base tier, 0.075% when fees are paid in BNB, with volume tiers below that
- Anytime Capital cards from 4%, shown in full before you pay

Quick answer
How much does Binance TR charge?
Binance TR charges no card, Apple Pay or Google Pay purchases outside Turkey; funding is a free lira transfer from a Turkish bank, so a U.S. card never applies. Trading fees are 0.1% maker and taker at the base tier, 0.075% when fees are paid in BNB, with volume tiers below that. Bank transfers: lira deposits and withdrawals through seven partner banks, including Ziraat, VakıfBank and Akbank, are free. Withdrawals: a fixed per-coin network fee on crypto withdrawals. Blockchain network fees are added on top. Anytime Capital card, Apple Pay and Google Pay orders start from 4% with the full price on screen before you confirm.

Published fee percentages on a debit or credit card order
Binance TR does not sell crypto for a card payment directly: no card, Apple Pay or Google Pay purchases outside Turkey; funding is a free lira transfer from a Turkish bank, so a U.S. card never applies. Anytime Capital card pricing starts from 4% and is shown in full before you confirm, excluding network fees. As of September 2026.
What Binance TR charges, in order
Binance TR's schedule is a scaled-down Binance. Makers and takers pay 0.1% at the base tier, or 0.075% when fees are settled in BNB, and monthly lira volume moves accounts down through tiers from there. The headline that matters to Turkish customers is funding: lira deposits and withdrawals through Ziraat, VakıfBank, Akbank and four other partner banks are free and typically near instant. Crypto withdrawals are a fixed per-coin network fee that varies by chain.
There is no card fee, no instant-buy spread and no Apple Pay markup for anyone outside Turkey, because Binance TR does not offer those rails to a foreign customer. The fee most buyers care about, the cost of turning a card or a bank balance into coins, has no number here.
Anytime Capital's card, Apple Pay and Google Pay pricing starts from 4% with the spread included, with the amount you pay and the crypto you receive shown before you confirm, and same-day wire orders through the OTC desk are quoted individually. It is one all-in number for a product Binance TR does not sell outside Turkey, and it is available wherever you are.
Network fees, spread, and the number that matters
Both platforms add the blockchain network fee to send your coins. What differs is how the price is presented. Binance TR's schedule is spread across trading, deposit and withdrawal lines. Anytime Capital shows one number for what you pay and one for what you receive. The second number is the only one worth comparing: screenshot both checkouts on the same $1,000 order and look at how much crypto lands.
A front door, not a chat window
Binance TR is built to be used through a screen. We are built to be visited. Bring cash, bring questions, or bring a problem another platform could not solve.

The rails where the fee question barely applies
Binance TR has no cash rail at any price and no domestic wire desk. At Anytime Capital, cash in the Atlanta branch and cash by mail are priced like any other order, and wires for larger amounts are handled by the OTC desk with a locked quote. For a customer moving real size, a wire costs a fraction of any card rail, at Binance TR or anywhere else.
