Why is Ourbit not working?

Most "Ourbit is down" reports are a single chain's deposits and withdrawals paused for maintenance, an app update, or the futures engine lagging during a volatile hour; the site itself is rarely offline, and U.S. visitors are geoblocked rather than seeing an outage.

How long will a pending Ourbit order take?

Minutes when it is a blockchain confirmation, hours to days when it is a verification or compliance review. Open a ticket with the order ID rather than resubmitting.

Can I buy crypto today if Ourbit is down?

Yes. Anytime Capital is independent of Ourbit and its processors. Card and Apple Pay orders confirm in minutes, wires settle the same business day, and the Atlanta branch takes cash. Call (470) 748-2530 if you want someone to walk you through it.

Can I switch from Ourbit to Anytime Capital without moving my crypto?

Yes. Withdraw from Ourbit to a wallet you control (or leave it there), create an Anytime Capital account, verify once, and paste any wallet address at checkout. Nothing you already hold needs to move.

How does Anytime Capital pricing compare with Ourbit?

Anytime Capital quotes one all-in number: card, Apple Pay and Google Pay orders start from 4% with the spread included, and the amount you pay and the crypto you receive are both on screen before you confirm. Ourbit prices no fiat rail for U.S. customers because Ourbit does not serve them; elsewhere, card purchases route through third-party processors at rates set by the processor, with a per-coin network fee set by Ourbit, which varies by chain. Blockchain network fees apply at both. Compare the crypto that lands on the same order size rather than the headline rate.

Is Anytime Capital regulated?

Anytime Capital is a U.S.-based money services business registered with FinCEN, serving customers worldwide, with a physical branch in Atlanta and an office in Miami. Identity verification is required before you can transact, the same as at every compliant platform.
