Changelly has two fee structures, and searchers usually find the wrong one. The swap fee is 0.25% of a crypto-to-crypto exchange, which is clearly stated. On a floating-rate swap the final amount can move with the market until the coins arrive; on a fixed-rate swap the quote is locked for a short window in exchange for a wider spread, and on a large amount that spread is worth more than the 0.25%. The network fee to deliver the swapped coin is added on top. For a swap between two liquid coins, the total is the 0.25%, the spread and the network fee.
Buying crypto with money is where the 0.25% stops applying. Changelly's fiat marketplace does not process card payments; it hands the order to a partner on-ramp such as MoonPay, Banxa, Simplex or Mercuryo, and the fee is that partner's, widely reported at roughly 1% to 7% depending on partner, method and region, plus the partner's minimum and its spread on the coin price. Changelly adds nothing on top, but the number is not Changelly's and it is not 0.25%. There is no withdrawal fee because Changelly never holds a balance for you.
None of this is available to a U.S. customer, because Changelly blocks the United States. Anytime Capital sells crypto for dollars to customers in the United States and worldwide at card pricing from 4% with the spread included, with the amount you pay and the crypto you receive shown before you confirm, and it takes cash, same-day wire, ACH and Cash App as well. It is one all-in number from the company you are buying from, not a partner's fee, minimum and spread on separate lines.
