What is Changelly's Trustpilot rating?

Changelly does not have a large Trustpilot footprint; most public feedback is on Reddit and app stores.

Is Changelly customer service good?

Chat is quick for ordinary questions, but a transaction on hold moves to an email queue with the security team and the pace changes.

Where can I read reviews of Anytime Capital?

On Google, on Trustpilot, and on LocalCoinSwap, where 8,000+ completed trades have been rated by the people on the other side of them.

Can I switch from Changelly to Anytime Capital without moving my crypto?

Yes. Both send purchased crypto to a wallet address you control, so nothing needs to move. Create an Anytime Capital account, verify once with your ID and a selfie, and paste the same address at checkout.

How does Anytime Capital pricing compare with Changelly?

Anytime Capital quotes one all-in number: card, Apple Pay and Google Pay orders start from 4% with the spread included, and the amount you pay and the crypto you receive are both on screen before you confirm. Changelly prices no card rail of its own; fiat purchases are handed to partners such as MoonPay, Banxa, Simplex and Mercuryo, whose fees are widely reported at roughly 1% to 7% plus each partner's minimum, spread and network fee, with the network fee to deliver the swapped coins; Changelly does not hold an account balance for you. Blockchain network fees apply at both. Compare the crypto that lands on the same order size rather than the headline rate.

Is Anytime Capital regulated?

Anytime Capital is a U.S.-based money services business registered with FinCEN, serving customers worldwide, with a physical branch in Atlanta and an office in Miami. Identity verification is required before you can transact, the same as at every compliant platform.
