Binance's public reviews are unusual in one respect: Trustpilot suspended the TrustScore on binance.com after flagging what it described as a number of fake reviews, so the headline rating is currently unavailable. The thousands of reviews still visible skew heavily toward one star. Reviews of Binance.US, the separate U.S. company, sit closer to the middle. Reddit and app-store feedback on the global platform is more balanced, because it comes from active traders who value what Binance does well.
What they praise is consistent: liquidity, the coin list, the published fee schedule, and a product surface that has everything. What they complain about is also consistent: accounts frozen for risk review, withdrawals held pending documents, and a support chat that answers quickly but cannot release the hold. A U.S. resident adds a third category, which is discovering at signup that the platform will not take them.
Anytime Capital's model answers each of those directly. There is a phone line and a branch when something stalls, the crypto is delivered to a non-custodial wallet rather than held on the platform, and the company is licensed to serve the customer in the first place.
