XT.COM launched in 2018, registered in Seychelles, and now runs its operations from Dubai. Its strategy is breadth: more than 1,000 listed tokens across 1,500-plus trading pairs, with new small caps added weekly, a futures market at 0.04% maker and 0.06% taker, and a spot fee of 0.2% that drops with volume and with holdings of its XT token. You can deposit crypto and trade at low tiers without full identity verification, and a 24/7 chat answers routine questions.
What it is not is licensed where it operates. In March 2026 Dubai's Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority named XT.COM in a consumer alert for providing virtual asset services in or from Dubai without a VARA license, alongside several other platforms. It holds no FinCEN registration and no state license, its user agreement prohibits U.S. residents, and it has no bank rails at all. On November 28, 2024 a hot-wallet breach took about $1.7 million, and XT.COM paused all withdrawals for around twelve hours, initially describing the halt as a wallet upgrade before confirming the incident.
Anytime Capital is the opposite shape: a U.S. money services business that serves customers worldwide, with a storefront at 2549 Piedmont Road NE in Atlanta, an office in Miami's One Biscayne Tower, a phone line at (470) 748-2530, and rails from Apple Pay to cash and same-day wire. It sells to people who can call, and to people who can walk in.
