Is Binance.US down? How to check, and what to do in the meantime
Every platform has bad days: a processor outage, an app that will not load, a withdrawal stuck on pending. If you are here because Binance.US is not working right now, you do not have to wait it out.
- Check Binance.US's own status page and social channels first
- The longest "Binance.US is down" period was not an outage at all: USD deposits and withdrawals were suspended for twenty months after the SEC sued in June 2023 and banking partners withdrew, and were only restored in February 2025. Day-to-day reports are more often app slowdowns during price moves or a paused deposit gateway.
- Anytime Capital: finish the order today by card, Apple Pay, ACH, wire or cash

Quick answer
Is Binance.US down right now?
Check Binance.US's status page and its X account for a posted incident, then try the web version directly rather than the app. The longest "Binance.US is down" period was not an outage at all: USD deposits and withdrawals were suspended for twenty months after the SEC sued in June 2023 and banking partners withdrew, and were only restored in February 2025. Day-to-day reports are more often app slowdowns during price moves or a paused deposit gateway. If you need the crypto today, Anytime Capital is a U.S. platform independent of Binance.US and its processors, and accepts card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH, wire, Cash App and cash.

Ways to pay: Binance.US vs Anytime Capital
Payment methods live for a customer today
- Anytime Capital
- Binance.US
Anytime Capital: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Debit card, Credit card, ACH bank transfer, Wire transfer, Cash App, Cash in branch, Cash by mail, each priced as one all-in number from 4% on card orders with the spread included. Binance.US: 5 of those rails, priced about 3.75% on debit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay purchases, on top of the trade, with network fee on crypto withdrawals; free ACH cash-out. Both exclude blockchain network fees. As of September 2026.
How to tell whether Binance.US is actually down
Binance.US publishes a status page and posts incidents on its social accounts, and the exchange itself is rarely fully offline. The famous "down" period was different: from June 2023 to February 2025, USD deposits and withdrawals were suspended entirely after the SEC lawsuit cost Binance.US its banking partners. Trading continued in crypto pairs, but for most customers a platform they cannot get dollars out of is a platform that is down.
Today's reports are more ordinary: an app that slows during a sharp price move, a deposit gateway paused for a single asset, or a USD rail that is enabled in one state and not another. If the site loads but your order or withdrawal fails, you are usually looking at a card decline, a state restriction or an account hold rather than an outage, and the status page will not clear it. If what you need is to buy or sell today while Binance.US is unavailable, Anytime Capital's OTC desk and Atlanta branch are open during business hours at (470) 748-2530.
- Status page and social channels: posted incidents
- Web version directly: rules out an app or wallet integration problem
- Payment fails but site works: processor or issuer, not an outage
- Order or withdrawal shows pending: review, not downtime; open a ticket
What to do if your Binance.US order is stuck
Do not resubmit the same payment, which can create duplicate holds. Take a screenshot of the order and its status, check your email for a document request, and open a support ticket with the order ID. Pending orders almost always resolve into either a completed purchase or a refund; they rarely disappear. If you needed the crypto for something time-sensitive, place the order somewhere that can confirm it today while the ticket works itself out. You can always send the second batch to the same wallet address.
