Anytime Capital Payments
Secure checkout by Anytime Capital
Built and submitted. Shopify reviews every payments app before it can take payments on live stores, and ours isn't approved yet, so it isn't offered in your dashboard.
The waitlist is on the Shopify card in Integrations. You'll be asked to sign in, or to open an account first.
Before you switch
Shopify charges its own third-party transaction fee on orders paid through any provider other than Shopify Payments — 2% on Basic, 1% on Grow and 0.6% on Advanced — on top of our 2.75% + 30¢. We'd rather you know now.
The setup most Shopify sellers choose
Keep Shopify Payments at your storefront checkout, and run everything paid outside it — wholesale and B2B invoices, deposits on custom orders, payment links, subscriptions, markets — through Anytime Capital, with payouts to your bank and one set of books.
Shopify Payments vs Anytime Capital, in full| Shopify plan | Fee | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | 2% | $200 |
| Grow | 1% | $100 |
| Advanced | 0.6% | $60 |
Charged by Shopify, not Anytime Capital, in addition to the payment provider's own rate. Shopify's published fees as of October 2026; check shopify.com/pricing for your plan.

Payments for online stores
Each guide covers one part of running a store's payments on Anytime Capital, with what works today and how to set it up.

Yes. Shopify charges its own third-party transaction fee on orders paid through any provider other than Shopify Payments: 2% on Basic, 1% on Grow and 0.6% on Advanced, on top of our 2.75% + 30¢. That's why many stores keep Shopify Payments at the checkout and use Anytime Capital for wholesale invoices, custom orders and everything paid outside the store.
Branded invoices with deposits and bank details for wholesale and B2B buyers, payment links for custom orders and pre-orders, subscriptions sold from their own page, in-person QR payments at markets and pop-ups, QuickBooks Online and Xero sync, and payouts to your bank — at 2.75% + 30¢ with no monthly fee.
A store that sells in US dollars, orders from $1.00 to $10,000.00, Shopify's payment capture set to automatic, and sales tax switched off in Anytime Capital (Shopify already adds it to the order total). You'll also need an Anytime Capital business with card payments switched on.
Refund the order in Shopify as usual: it goes back to the customer's card through Anytime Capital and Shopify shows it as refunded. If your business requires an owner's approval for refunds over a limit, refunds over it are made from Orders in your Anytime Capital dashboard.
Yes. The Shopify guide in our docs walks through installing, linking your business, activating it next to (or instead of) your current provider, test orders and refunds, exactly as it will work once Shopify approves it.
