What comes across
Run the importer as often as you like: anything already imported is skipped and anything that failed is tried again.
| In Stripe | Becomes | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Customer | Customer | Matched by email, so nobody is added twice; address, phone, tax ID and metadata come too. |
| Product with a one-time price | Product | One product per price, named by the price's nickname or amount. |
| Recurring price | Subscription plan | Weekly, monthly, every 3 months or yearly, with its free trial up to 90 days. |
| Promotion code or coupon | Discount code | Percent or amount off, expiry date and the uses left. |
| Payment link | Payment link | When every item maps to an imported product. |
| Open invoice you send yourself | Invoice, unsent | Line items, discount, tax and due date; review and send each one. |
| Active subscription | Subscriber to move | With the plan it maps to and the date its current period ends. |
What stays in Stripe
Each item the importer can't bring is listed in its summary with the reason, so you can set it up by hand.
Under the card industry's security rules (PCI DSS), card numbers only move directly between payment processors, never through you or an API. That's why subscribers re-enter their card when they move.
Rather move saved cards in bulk? Choose Request a card data migration on the importer page. Our business team checks what's possible for your account, and nothing changes until it's confirmed with you by email.

Each active Stripe subscription becomes a row in Move your subscribers, with the imported plan it maps to and the day its paid period ends.
Every active subscription is listed with its plan and the day its paid period ends.
Each subscriber gets a link that restarts the same plan here, free until that day, plus one reminder.
The link only works for the address it was sent to. Their first payment here is the day Stripe's period ends.
We only read Stripe, so cancel each moved subscription there before its period ends.

Payments for online stores
Each guide covers one part of running a store's payments on Anytime Capital, with what works today and how to set it up.
Customers (matched by email, so nobody is added twice), one-time products, recurring prices as subscription plans with their trials, promotion codes and coupons as discount codes, payment links, open invoices you send yourself (imported unsent), and every active subscription as a subscriber to move.
No, as long as you cancel each moved subscription in Stripe. Subscribers move themselves from one email in your branding, and their plan restarts here with nothing to pay until the period they already paid for in Stripe ends. We only ever have read access to Stripe, so cancelling there is yours to do; the list shows who has moved.
Card numbers can't move through any API under the card industry's security rules (PCI DSS); they only move directly between processors. Subscribers re-enter their card when they move, or you can request a card data migration from the importer page and our business team checks what's possible for your account.
No. It uses a restricted live key with read access only, keeps it encrypted while the import runs and deletes it the moment the import finishes, fails or is cancelled. Nothing is emailed to your customers until you choose to invite them.
Past payments, refunds, disputes and payouts stay in Stripe for your records. Metered, tiered and package prices, prices in other currencies, codes with conditions, subscriptions with several prices or a discount, and invoices Stripe is still charging are listed in the summary with the reason, so you can set them up by hand.
Yes. Sign up through the offer and your first 90 days of card payments are charged at 2.5% + 30¢, counted from the day card payments switch on, then 2.75% + 30¢.
payment_intent.succeeded and checkout.session.completed become payment.succeeded, charge.refunded becomes payment.refunded, disputes become dispute.opened and dispute.closed, and invoice and subscription events keep their names. Verify each delivery with the Anytime-Signature header.
