    Getting Started

What Anytime Capital for Business is, who can open an account, and what you need to apply.

Anytime Capital for Business is one account for everything your company does with money: a business checking account with US account and routing numbers, debit cards for your team, payment processing for your customers, global transfers to 71+ countries in local currency, and crypto and stablecoins, all on one balance and in one dashboard.

You sign up online in a few minutes, most complete applications are approved the same day, and there are no monthly fees. We think it is the best financial platform a business can run on, and we built it so you never need a second provider for cards, payments or crypto.

No. Anytime Capital is a fintech company, not a bank. Banking, card, payment processing and payout services are provided by our licensed partners, and each product's terms are shown at sign-up.

What you get is, we think, the best banking platform a business can have: checking with account and routing numbers, payment processing, virtual and physical cards, global transfers to 71+ countries and crypto, all on one balance. People sometimes search for "Anytime Capital Bank", and that is the honest answer: a fintech company, not a bank, with everything you would want one for, in one place.

Any business registered in the United States: LLCs, corporations, partnerships, nonprofits and sole proprietors with a tax ID. You will need an owner or officer who can verify their identity, and if any owner lives outside the US they can still be added with a passport and a second government ID.

Business checking is opening state by state, so if it is not available in your state yet we will tell you during the application and reach out the moment it is. Payments and crypto are available everywhere in the US from day one.

Not much. Have these to hand and the application takes about ten minutes:

    • Your business's legal name, address and tax ID (EIN).
    • Formation documents: articles or a certificate of incorporation, or a state registry excerpt.
    • The name, date of birth and government ID of each owner with 25% or more, and of one person who controls the business.
    • Proof of business address dated within the last three months: a utility bill, lease, bank statement or tax return.
    • Your IRS EIN letter (CP 575 or 147C).

That is it. Documents upload straight from your phone or laptop, up to 4 MB each, and if you have already verified your own identity with Anytime Capital, your details fill in for you.

Applying takes about ten minutes, and most complete applications are approved within one business day, often the same day. Complex ownership structures can take a little longer.

Your dashboard shows the status throughout, we email you the moment there is a decision, and if anything is missing or unreadable the application names the exact document and step to fix it in. There is no waitlist and no funding requirement.

    Three things, all quick:

    1. 1Your Anytime Capital Account is live, with account and routing numbers in your business's name.
    2. 2An owner or admin switches on Anytime Capital Payments in one click. Your business name, EIN, address and representative carry across from the application, followed by one short identity check, and you can take card payments.
    3. 3Issue cards to your team, invite teammates with the right roles, and connect QuickBooks or Xero if you use them.

New businesses also get our launch offer: 2.5% + 30¢ on card payments for the first 90 days, counted from the day card payments switch on.

There is no monthly fee for the account, the cards, invoicing, payment links, subscriptions or the API. You pay when you use something:

    • Card and wallet payments: 2.75% + 30¢ per successful payment (2.5% + 30¢ for your first 90 days). No setup, monthly or PCI fees.
    • Transfers abroad: the fee and exchange rate are shown before you confirm each one.
    • Crypto: the rate is quoted before you trade, with the fee included.

Businesses processing $1M+ a year get custom pricing, a named account manager and a shared Slack channel. The full schedule is on our Pricing and Fees and limits pages.

No. There is no minimum deposit to open the account, no minimum balance to keep it open and no fee if the balance is low. Many businesses open Anytime Capital alongside their current bank, move a little money over by ACH or wire, and move more as they go.

Of course. Plenty of businesses run Anytime Capital next to the bank they already have and move money between the two by ACH, wire, RTP or FedNow. Card sales can also pay out to your existing bank account if you would rather keep your balance there. Switch as much or as little as you like, whenever you like.

Yes. Walk into our Atlanta, Miami or Houston branch and a team member will take you through the application, upload your documents and submit it with you. Branches also handle cash, larger crypto orders and anything you would rather sort out face to face. Online is just as quick if you prefer: the application is the same.

    Anytime Capital Account

Your business checking account: account numbers, transfers, sub-accounts, fees and statements.

It is your business checking account, held with our licensed banking partners. You get US account and routing numbers in your business's own name, so you can receive ACH, wires, RTP and FedNow payments and pay out by the same rails. Card sales land in the same balance the minute they settle, and the same balance pays your team's cards, your suppliers in 71+ countries and your stablecoin transfers.

No monthly fees, sub-accounts to separate your money, and statements and exports built for your accountant.

Yes. Your Anytime Capital Account has US account and routing numbers in your business's own name. Give them to customers for ACH and wire payments, put them on invoices, use them for payroll providers and marketplaces, and pay out by ACH, wire, RTP and FedNow. They are in your dashboard under Account the moment you are approved.

No monthly fee, no minimum balance fee and no fee to open or close the account. Any fee for a particular transfer, a currency conversion or a card payment is on our Fees and limits page and shown in your dashboard before you confirm an outgoing one. No surprises on a statement, ever.

In: ACH, wire, RTP and FedNow to your account numbers, card and wallet sales that settle into the balance, stablecoin payment requests, and cash at our branches.

Out: from Payouts in your dashboard, by RTP or FedNow (seconds, any day), same-day wire, ACH, local rails abroad, USDC or USDT on-chain, or your team's debit cards. Every payout shows its expected arrival before you confirm it, and owners and admins are the only roles that can move money.

    • RTP and FedNow: seconds, any day of the year, to any US bank that receives instant payments.
    • Domestic wire: same day.
    • ACH: same day or next day.
    • USDC and USDT: minutes, weekends included.
    • Abroad: instantly on SEPA Instant, Faster Payments, PIX, SPEI, UPI and PayNow, minutes to the same day on other local rails, and SWIFT at the pace of the correspondent banks.

The expected arrival is shown on every payout before you send it, and the status afterwards from requested to paid.

Yes. Create sub-accounts for taxes, payroll, a project or a location, move money between them instantly and see each balance on its own. It is the simplest way to set aside what you owe and know what is really yours to spend.

Business checking is opening state by state with our licensed banking partners. If it is not available in your state yet, the application tells you right away, everything else with Anytime Capital, including Payments, cards for payouts and crypto, is unaffected, and we reach out the moment checking opens where you are. The quickest way to check is to start the application: it takes a few minutes and you can stop at any point.

Yes. Monthly statements are in your dashboard, and Reports downloads any date range as a file formatted for QuickBooks Online or Xero, with card processing, refunds and disputes on their own lines, plus a payouts file to match transfers to your bank. Your accountant can be invited as a viewer so they pull what they need without asking you.

Yes, at our branches in Atlanta, Miami and Houston during opening hours. Bring your ID and your business details, and the deposit shows in your balance the same day. Branches follow the Federal Reserve holiday schedule; everything online is open 24/7.

    Cards & Expenses

Debit cards for your team, physical and virtual, with limits, a privacy button and one-tap freeze.

Debit cards for everyone on your team, physical and virtual, spending from your Anytime Capital Account balance. Every card has its own limit, a privacy button that keeps the details hidden until the cardholder taps Show, one-tap freeze, and goes straight into Apple Pay and Google Pay. Issue one per employee, one per vendor or subscription, or a temporary card for a single purchase that closes itself afterwards.

Debit. Cards spend from your business balance, so there is no credit line, no credit check for your business, no statement to pay off and no interest. You stay in control of exactly how much is available to spend, per card.

Yes, in seconds. A virtual card is ready to use the moment you issue it, the employee adds it to Apple Pay or Google Pay and can pay the same minute, and you set its limit, merchants and end date. Physical cards are mailed to the cardholder when you want one for a till or a travel wallet.

    Read the full answer

Yes. Every card has its own limit, and you can narrow a card to a team or a merchant, give it an end date, freeze it in one tap and unfreeze it just as quickly. Spend shows against the limit as it happens, so policy holds at the moment of purchase rather than in a report a month later.

The card number, expiry date and CVV stay masked in the app until the cardholder taps Show, and hide again with one tap. Card details are never sitting on a screen by default, which matters when you share an office, a screen or a coffee shop.

A card you issue for one purchase, a trip or a free trial, with its own limit and end date. It closes itself after the purchase or when the date passes, so a vendor or a subscription never keeps a live card on file. Perfect for trials you might forget to cancel.

Freeze it in one tap from the app or dashboard, then cancel it and issue a replacement. A virtual replacement is ready immediately and goes straight into Apple Pay or Google Pay; a physical one is mailed. Nothing else on the account is affected.

As many as your business needs. One per employee, one per vendor or subscription, a temporary card for every one-off purchase. There is no per-card fee and no cap on the number of cards.

Far fewer. Each card carries its own limit and merchants, so policy holds at the moment of purchase, and every transaction already shows who spent what and where. Export any date range for QuickBooks or Xero and the month closes itself.

For most small and mid-sized businesses, yes: the cards, limits, privacy button, temporary cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay and the accounting exports cover what they need, with no monthly fee and no credit line to qualify for. Companies with heavy procurement and multi-step approval workflows sometimes keep a dedicated spend tool for that part and use Anytime Capital for banking, payments, global transfers and crypto.

    Anytime Capital Payments

Getting paid: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfers and stablecoins, online and in person.

It is how your customers pay you. Accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfers (ACH) and stablecoins through payment links, invoices, subscriptions, your own website or app, and in person, all into one balance. One flat rate of 2.75% + 30¢ per card or wallet payment, no monthly fees, and every feature on every account: branded checkout, risk rules, 3D Secure, the API and test mode included.

2.75% + 30¢ per successful online card or wallet payment in the US, with no setup, monthly or PCI fees. New accounts pay 2.5% + 30¢ for their first 90 days of card payments, counted from the day card payments switch on. Businesses processing $1M+ a year get custom pricing.

As with every processor, cards issued outside the US, currency conversion and disputes can carry additional fees. They are listed in your dashboard before you take a payment, and pre-dispute alerts with automatic refunds help you avoid dispute fees in the first place.

    Read the full answer

On the standard US online card rate, yes: 2.75% + 30¢ against the 2.9% + 30¢ most big processors publish, and 2.5% + 30¢ for your first 90 days with the launch offer. You also get features others charge extra for, like branded checkout on your own domain and a fraud score on every payment, and there is a read-only importer that brings your customers, products, plans and payment links across in minutes. Compare international card and currency conversion fees for your own mix too; both sides charge those.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay, bank transfer by ACH, and USDC or USDT by payment request. Customers pick on the checkout page; there is nothing to install on their side. Cards issued in any country work, and the checkout is in your colours with your logo.

Yes. Create a payment link in your dashboard in under a minute and share it by text, email, DM or QR code. Customers pay with a card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer on a secure page with your branding. Links can be one-off or reusable, fixed amount or customer-chosen, and can collect a shipping address, tax and any detail you need. No website, no code, no terminal.

Yes. Open In person in your dashboard on any phone, tablet or laptop, key in the amount, and the customer scans the code with their camera and pays with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card on a secure checkout page. No hardware to buy, rent or charge, and it works anywhere your phone has signal: counters, job sites, pop-ups, deliveries.

Create an invoice in your dashboard with your logo and colours, send it, and the client pays by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer with no account on their side. Reminders go out before, on and after the due date and stop the moment it is paid. You can ask for a deposit, take partial payments, set an invoice to recur, mark one paid offline, and serve the pay page from your own subdomain. Clients who pay in stablecoins can be sent a USDC or USDT request instead.

Yes. Create a plan with a price and a schedule (weekly, monthly, every three months or yearly), an optional free trial of up to 90 days and a discount for the first payment, then share its subscribe link. Subscribers get a billing portal to update their card or cancel, and you can pause, resume or cancel from the dashboard. Renewals bill automatically at the standard rate.

Card and wallet sales settle into your Anytime Capital balance as they clear, and you can spend from it, pay a supplier or issue a card right away. If you would rather pay out to another bank, do it from Payouts whenever you like or on an automatic schedule, standard or instant where your bank is eligible, with the expected arrival shown before you confirm. Stablecoin payments arrive in minutes, weekends included.

Open the payment in your dashboard and refund all or part of it; the customer sees the money back on their card within a few business days, depending on their bank. Refunds can also be issued from your store platform or by API, and your accounting export lists them on their own line.

Before they happen: every card payment is scored 0 to 100 by our fraud screening, you choose the score that gets blocked, and you can require 3D Secure above an amount you set, which usually moves fraud liability to the card issuer. When a bank warns that a dispute is coming, we refund automatically at or under a limit you set (up to $10,000), which normally stops the chargeback. If a dispute is filed anyway, the Disputes page explains the bank's reason, prefills the evidence from the payment and reminds you before the deadline.

Yes, where the law allows it. In Settings → Payments you can pass a card processing fee of up to 3% on to customers, shown clearly at checkout before they pay. Many businesses offer bank transfer alongside cards so customers who would rather avoid the fee have a free option.

WooCommerce: yes, with our free plugin for WordPress 6.2+, WooCommerce 8.0+ and PHP 7.4+. Orders are marked paid automatically and you can refund from WooCommerce. Shopify: our app is awaiting Shopify's approval; join the waitlist from Integrations in your dashboard, and in the meantime Shopify stores use payment links, invoices and our checkout for deposits, wholesale and custom orders. Any site builder can embed our Pay button or inline checkout today.

Paste a read-only key from your current processor into Integrations and we import your customers (matched by email), products, plans with their trials, discount codes, payment links and open invoices. Saved cards stay with the old processor by design, so customers add a card the next time they pay; subscribers get a link to do that in one step. Our team helps with the move on every account, free.

Yes. Test mode gives you test API keys and test cards so you can run the whole flow, links, invoices, webhooks and refunds, without moving real money. Flip to live when you are ready; your settings and integrations carry over.

    Global Transfers

Paying suppliers, contractors and teams in 71+ countries in their own currency.

71+ countries over local rails, in the recipient's own currency: the euro area by SEPA Instant, the UK by Faster Payments, Brazil by PIX, Mexico by SPEI, India by UPI, Singapore by PayNow, Canada, the UAE, the Philippines, Nigeria, Kenya and much of West and Central Africa, with mobile money where that is how people get paid and SWIFT for most other countries. The full list, with each country's currency, is on our Global payouts page.

    Read the full answer

Instantly on SEPA Instant, Faster Payments, PIX, SPEI, UPI and PayNow, and from minutes to the same day on the other local rails. SWIFT transfers take as long as the correspondent banks take, usually one to three business days. The estimated arrival is shown on every payout before you confirm, and the status afterwards.

Every payout shows its fee and the exchange rate before you confirm, and the exact amount the recipient will receive, so there is nothing to work out afterwards. There is no monthly fee for global transfers. The full schedule by rail and currency is on our Fees and limits page.

Add the contractor once with their bank details, then pay them from Payouts in their own currency over their local rail, or send USDC or USDT to their wallet the same day. Every payment shows its status and a reference the contractor's bank can search, and your bookkeeping export lists it with the rest. Contractors do not need an Anytime Capital account.

Yes. Send USDC or USDT from your business wallet to a supplier's wallet the same day, weekends and holidays included, with no correspondent bank in between. Suppliers who would rather receive local currency in their bank account can be paid over local rails instead, from the same dashboard.

Owners and admins. Members can create invoices, payment links and products but cannot move money, and viewers can only see payments, orders and the balance. Everyone signs in with their own login, so every payout shows who sent it.

Open it on the Payouts page. It shows the status from requested to paid, the method, the estimated arrival, the trace or reference number the receiving bank can search, and the reason if it failed or came back.

    Business Crypto

Buying, holding, accepting and selling digital assets and stablecoins from a business account.

Yes. From your business account you can buy and sell bitcoin, ether, solana and 38+ other digital assets at a rate quoted before you trade, hold them in a free self-custody business wallet, and settle back to dollars in your Anytime Capital Account the same day. Larger orders go through our OTC desk with a dedicated trader. Crypto and stablecoins are not bank deposits, are not FDIC-insured and can lose value.

    Read the full answer

Yes. Share your business wallet's address or QR code, or email the customer a payment request with the coin, network and amount filled in. USDC and USDT arrive on Ethereum, Solana or Tron in minutes, including nights and weekends, and there are no chargebacks on an on-chain payment. Hold them beside your dollars, pay suppliers with them, or sell them to dollars whenever you choose.

You do. It is a self-custody wallet created for the business under the owner's control, so Anytime Capital cannot move the funds and never holds the keys. Back up the recovery phrase somewhere safe: we cannot recover it for you and will never ask you for it. Other team members can see market information but not the wallet itself.

Our OTC desk is for larger orders: you deal with a dedicated trader who quotes a firm price for the whole amount, coordinates timing and settles to your account, instead of an order sliding through a public order book. Fund by wire, ACH, cash at a branch or card, depending on size and compliance review. Request a quote from the OTC page or ask in chat and a trader will come back to you.

Same day. Sell from the Sell page in your dashboard at the quoted rate and the dollars are paid to your Anytime Capital Account or to a bank account in your business's name. Selling is open to the business owner once the business is verified.

No. Cryptocurrency and stablecoin balances are not bank deposits, are not FDIC-insured and can lose value. USDC and USDT are issued by third parties and are designed, but not guaranteed, to hold a one-dollar value. Your dollar balances are a separate matter and are held with our licensed banking partners under the terms shown at sign-up.

Every trade, payment request and transfer is in your history with the date, amount, rate and counterparty, and exports with the rest of your books for your accountant. We do not give tax advice, but we make sure your accountant has every number they need, in one file.

Yes, in stablecoins: send USDC or USDT from your business wallet to a vendor's wallet the same day, weekends included. For vendors who want dollars or their local currency, sell to dollars first and pay by RTP, FedNow, wire, ACH or local rails, all from the same dashboard.

    Security & Compliance

How your money and data are protected, who our partners are, and how we are regulated.

Your dollar balances are held with our licensed banking partners, with the protections set out in the account agreement you accept at sign-up. Every login uses multi-factor authentication, cards have a privacy button and one-tap freeze, every payment you take is screened for fraud, and only owners and admins can move money. Anytime Capital is a FinCEN-registered money services business with real branches and a US-based team.

Anytime Capital is a fintech company, not a bank. Banking, card issuing, payment processing and payout services are provided by licensed partners, and the partner behind each product is named in that product's agreement at sign-up and in the disclosures on our site. In our product and support we speak as Anytime Capital, because that is who you deal with: one team, one dashboard, one number to call.

Yes. Anytime Capital is registered with FinCEN as a money services business and works with licensed banking and payment partners for the regulated parts of the service. We verify every business and its owners before opening an account, screen every payment, and publish our licences and security practices on our Security page.

Because the law requires it, and because it protects you: knowing exactly who owns and controls every account is how we keep fraudsters off the platform your money sits on. It is a one-time step, takes about ten minutes, and your details carry across to Payments and crypto so you never do it twice.

Every card payment gets a 0 to 100 risk score from our fraud screening before it is charged, and you choose the score that gets blocked. Add 3D Secure above an amount you set, cap any single payment, block cards from countries you choose, and let pre-dispute alerts refund automatically before a chargeback is filed. Card details are entered on a checkout we serve, never on your servers, which keeps your own PCI work small.

Yes. We use it to run your account and to meet our legal obligations, and we never sell it. Verification documents are checked and then are not kept on our servers. Team members only see what their role allows, and you can download or delete what we hold by asking support. Our Privacy Policy has the detail.

    Developers & Integrations

The API, webhooks, AI agents over MCP, accounting exports and store plugins.

Yes. A REST API to create charges, payment links, invoices, customers and refunds from your own code, signed webhooks for every event, a Node SDK, test mode with test keys and cards, and a quickstart that takes your first payment in minutes. The docs are at anytime-capital.com/docs and every page is also served as Markdown for your AI tools.

Yes. The Anytime Capital MCP server lets Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Gemini and OpenAI agents list payments, create payment links and send invoices with an API key you create and can revoke at any time. Scope each key to exactly what the agent may do, keep money movement with humans, and read the safety guide in our docs before you connect one.

Yes. Reports downloads any date range as a file formatted for QuickBooks Online or Xero, with payments, card processing fees, refunds and disputes on their own lines, plus a payouts file to match transfers to your bank. Invite your accountant as a viewer and they can pull it themselves.

Yes. Copy the Pay button snippet from Checkout tools and the checkout opens over your page, or place the inline checkout inside a container on your site and it resizes to fit. Both run in a frame served by Anytime Capital in your colours and on your domain if you like, so card details never touch your servers.

Yes. Our Zapier app triggers on new payments, invoices and customers and can create links and invoices from any of the thousands of apps Zapier connects. Webhooks and the API cover anything Zapier does not, and the MCP server lets an AI assistant do it in plain English.

Generous enough that most businesses never meet them: requests are rate-limited per minute per key, idempotency keys protect retries for 24 hours, and you can hold several active keys with their own permissions and IP allowlists. The exact numbers are in the rate limits page of our docs, and they rise with custom pricing.

    Support & Your Account

Reaching a real person, managing your team, and changing or closing your account.

Live chat from your dashboard or this page is the fastest way, and it is a US-based business team who can see your account, not a ticket queue. You can also call (470) 748-2530 during business hours, email hello@anytime-capital.com for a reply within one business day, or walk into our Atlanta, Miami or Houston branch. Businesses on custom pricing get a shared Slack channel and a named account manager.

Live chat is open every day and your dashboard never closes. Email gets a reply within one business day, and phone support runs during US business hours. Branches are open Monday to Friday 10 to 5 and Saturday 10 to 2 local time, and close on the eleven Federal Reserve bank holidays; the dates are on our branch holiday hours page.

Settings → Team & approvals. Invite by email and choose a role: owners and admins can move money and change settings, members can create invoices, links and products, and viewers can only see payments, orders and the balance. Everyone has their own login with multi-factor authentication, and every action shows who did it.

Yes. Open an account for each entity and switch between them from the account switcher at the top of your dashboard. Each business has its own balance, cards, customers, team and exports, and you can hold a role on as many as you like.

Settings → Profile for your address, website and contact details. A change of legal name, ownership or control person goes through a short re-verification, which you start from the same page or by asking support; your account keeps working while it is reviewed.

Yes. Settings → Branding & receipts puts your logo and brand colour on your invoices, payment pages and payment emails, and you can serve your pay pages from a subdomain you own, like pay.yourbusiness.com. Your customers see your business, with Anytime Capital's checkout and footer underneath so they know the payment is secure.

Ask in chat or from the Close account section of Settings. We pay out your remaining balance to a bank account in your business's name, cancel the cards, and keep your statements available to download for as long as the law requires. There is no fee to close, and we would love to hear what we could have done better.

Those platforms each do one or two things well. Anytime Capital does the whole job on one balance: business checking with account and routing numbers, debit cards for your team, payment processing at 2.75% + 30¢ with no monthly fees, transfers to 71+ countries in local currency, and crypto and stablecoins you can accept, hold and sell. Add real branches, a US-based support team you can reach in chat, and an API and MCP server built for the way businesses run in 2026. We think it is the best financial platform for businesses, full stop, and our comparison pages lay the details side by side.
