    EnterpriseGovPaySpeeding and traffic tickets

Speeding and traffic tickets, paid from the notice in their hand.

A driver types the citation number from the ticket, or follows the link you text or email, and sees the fine and every court cost itemized. They pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer or crypto, get a receipt with the citation number, and the payment shows up in your court's daily reconciliation export.

    How residents pay

    1. 1

      Enter the citation number

From the printed ticket, or from the payment link you send by email or text.

    2. 2

      Review the fine and costs

The fine and each court cost on its own line, with the total before they pay.

    3. 3

      Pay their way

Debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer or crypto.

    4. 4

      Receipt and record

The driver keeps a receipt with the citation number; your clerk sees the payment in the daily export.

    What your agency gets

    • Itemized fines and court costs

Show the fine and each state or local cost on its own line, so nobody calls to ask what the total is.

    • Links by email and text

Send a payment link or invoice for a citation, with reminders before the due date.

    • Debit and credit cards

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, with 3D Secure required above an amount you set and card numbers never shared with your agency.

    • Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer

Apple Pay and Google Pay on every checkout, and ACH bank debit on payment links and invoices.

    • Crypto, received as dollars

Residents can pay in BTC, ETH, USDC or USDT at a locked price. Your agency receives US dollars and never holds crypto.

    • Settled and reconciled daily

Daily settlement, and a reconciliation export per department with every payment's reference. Move funds out by RTP, same-day wire or ACH.

    The real product

What residents and your clerks actually see.

Every image here is the Anytime Capital product, rendered with demo data. Nothing is a mock-up.

    • A municipal court pay page: the resident picks the court, enters citation CIT-10001 and sees a $150.00 balance with the fee disclosed before paying, in full or in part
Look up a citation or case number: exact balance and fee, shown before anything is charged.
    • Receipt from Riverbend Municipal Court: $310.00 paid by Visa debit for case 26-CR-01182, a $250.00 fine and $60.00 in court costs
A court fine paid by debit card: the receipt carries the case number and the court's contacts.
    • Anytime Capital – Government: a city utilities department receives $9,412.50 USD today from 38 payments, including a water bill, a parking citation and a building permit paid in crypto
Government: what a city department received today, reconciled daily, in US dollars.

    Product Lanes

    One core, five product lanes.

Every Enterprise program runs on the same Anytime Capital core: accounts, cards, payments, crypto and compliance. Each lane packages it for the people buying it, so a city, a check casher and a credit union each get a product built for them, not a settings page.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Can drivers pay a speeding ticket with a credit card?

Yes. Drivers pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and the checkout itemizes the fine and court costs before they pay.

Can we send the ticket as a payment link?

Yes. Send a payment link or an invoice by email or text for the citation, with reminders before the due date. The link opens a checkout branded with your court's name and seal.

Who pays the card processing fee?

You choose. Your agency can absorb processing in its rate, or show the payer a convenience fee where your rules allow it. Either way the fee is disclosed before the payer commits.

Can residents pay with a debit or credit card?

Yes. Every GovPay checkout takes Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover debit and credit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card details are encrypted and the full card number is never shared with your agency.

Does our agency have to hold crypto to accept it?

No. A resident who pays in BTC, ETH, USDC or USDT pays at a locked price, and your agency receives US dollars. You never hold a wallet, keys or price exposure.

    How do we start?

With one department and one payment type: a hosted pilot set up with our team, built to go through procurement rather than around it. Use Contact sales on this page and tell us what your residents pay.
