    EnterpriseGovPayCourt payments

Court fines, fees and case balances, paid online in minutes.

Defendants look up a citation or case number on your court's pay page, see the exact balance and any fee before they pay, and pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer or crypto. Your court receives US dollars, and every payment carries its case number into the daily reconciliation export.

    How residents pay

    1. 1

      Find the case

The payer enters the citation or case number from their notice, or opens the link you texted or emailed.

    2. 2

      See exactly what is owed

The balance and any fee appear before a card is charged or a crypto price is locked.

    3. 3

Pay in full or in part

By card, wallet, bank transfer or crypto, with partial payments where the court allows them.

    4. 4

      Posted with the case number

A receipt goes to the payer, and the payment lands in the court's daily export with its case number.

    What your agency gets

    • Citation and case lookup

Each court is its own department with its own payment types. Require a citation or case number before anyone can pay.

    • Partial payments

Allow part payments per court, with a minimum you set and the remaining balance shown on the next visit.

    • Debit and credit cards

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, with 3D Secure required above an amount you set and card numbers never shared with your agency.

    • Crypto, received as dollars

Residents can pay in BTC, ETH, USDC or USDT at a locked price. Your agency receives US dollars and never holds crypto.

    • Fees shown before anyone pays

Absorb processing in your rate, or show a convenience fee where your rules allow it. Either way the payer sees the exact amount first.

    • Settled and reconciled daily

Daily settlement, and a reconciliation export per department with every payment's reference. Move funds out by RTP, same-day wire or ACH.

    Product Lanes

    One core, five product lanes.

Every Enterprise program runs on the same Anytime Capital core: accounts, cards, payments, crypto and compliance. Each lane packages it for the people buying it, so a city, a check casher and a credit union each get a product built for them, not a settings page.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Can a court accept partial payments?

Yes, where the court allows them. Partial payments are switched on per department with a minimum amount, and the payer sees what remains after each payment when they look the case up again.

How does a defendant find what they owe?

They choose the court and enter the citation or case number from their notice. The pay page shows the balance, the case details and any fee before anything is charged. A court can require a reference, so nobody pays into the wrong case.

How do payments reach our case management system?

Every payment carries its citation or case number. Funds settle daily with a reconciliation export per department, and webhooks and our API let your IT team post payments straight into the systems you already run.

Can residents pay with a debit or credit card?

Yes. Every GovPay checkout takes Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover debit and credit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card details are encrypted and the full card number is never shared with your agency.

Does our agency have to hold crypto to accept it?

No. A resident who pays in BTC, ETH, USDC or USDT pays at a locked price, and your agency receives US dollars. You never hold a wallet, keys or price exposure.

    How do we start?

With one department and one payment type: a hosted pilot set up with our team, built to go through procurement rather than around it. Use Contact sales on this page and tell us what your residents pay.
