Fines and court costs itemized at checkout, paid from the notice or from a link you email or text.

Absorb processing in your rate, or show a convenience fee where your rules allow it. The payer sees the exact amount first.

    • At the counter, on any phone

Staff key in an amount; the payer scans and taps to pay on their own phone. No terminal.

    • Settled and reconciled daily

Daily settlement with a reconciliation export per department. Move funds out by RTP, same-day wire or ACH.

    One core, five product lanes.

Every Enterprise program runs on the same Anytime Capital core: accounts, cards, payments, crypto and compliance. Each lane packages it for the people buying it, so a city, a check casher and a credit union each get a product built for them, not a settings page.

    Frequently Asked Questions

What can residents pay with GovPay?

Court fines, fees and case balances; speeding, traffic and parking tickets; utility bills; property and local taxes; and permit and license fees. Each is set up as a department of your agency with its own payment types and references.

Can people pay court fines and traffic tickets with a debit or credit card?

Yes. Every GovPay checkout takes Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card details are encrypted and the full card number is never shared with your agency.

How does a resident find what they owe?

They pick the department and enter the citation, case or account number from their notice, or open the link you emailed or texted. The pay page shows the balance and any fee before anything is charged.

Can a court take partial payments?

Yes, where the court allows them. Partial payments are switched on per department with a minimum amount, and the remaining balance shows the next time the case is looked up.

Who pays the card processing fee?

You choose. Your agency can absorb processing in its rate, or show the payer a convenience fee where your rules allow it. Either way the fee is disclosed before the payer commits.

Does our agency have to hold crypto to accept it?

No. A resident who pays in BTC, ETH, USDC or USDT pays at a locked price, and your agency receives US dollars. You never hold a wallet, keys or price exposure.

How do payments reach our finance and case systems?

Funds settle daily with a reconciliation export per department, each payment carrying its citation, case or account reference. Webhooks and our API let your IT team post payments into the systems you already run.

    How do we get started?

Use Contact sales on this page. Every enterprise program is set up with our team, so there is no self-serve sign-up — tell us your volumes and timelines and we'll come back with a plan and pricing.
