Send to the deposit address made for your order, from any wallet, or sell in one tap from your Anytime Capital wallet.
- 03
Get paid
Once the deposit confirms, MXN is paid to your account by SPEI (Instant).
Before you start
What you need
- 01Your CLABE: the 18-digit interbank account number on your statement or in your banking app.
- 02The name on the account, matching your verified identity.
- 03Your address in Mexico or wherever you live.
- 04A verified Anytime Capital account.
Why the CLABE is enough
A CLABE (Clave Bancaria Estandarizada) encodes the bank, the branch city and the account in 18 digits, with a check digit at the end. SPEI uses it to route a transfer to any bank in Mexico, so there's no bank name to choose and no SWIFT code to find.
Because the last digit is a checksum, a mistyped CLABE is caught on the form before your order is placed rather than days later as a returned transfer.
Seconds, not days
SPEI is run by Banco de México and moves money between Mexican banks in seconds. The pesos show up in your account as an ordinary SPEI transfer, ready to spend or withdraw.
Sending from the US to family in Mexico?
Payouts go only to an account in the seller's own name, so a SPEI payout suits sellers who hold a Mexican account themselves. Anyone in the United States selling to a US account can use ACH, RTP or wire instead.
Pesos to a debit-card account
Most Mexican debit accounts have a CLABE alongside the card, and SPEI pays the CLABE, never the card number. If your banking app shows a 16-digit number and an 18-digit one, the 18-digit number is the CLABE.
SPEI payments carry a tracking key (clave de rastreo) that your bank can use to trace the transfer on Banco de México's CEP service, which issues an electronic proof of every completed SPEI payment.
SPEI payouts: questions
Where do I find my CLABE?
In your banking app under account details, or on your statement. It is 18 digits long; a 16-digit card number is not a CLABE.
Can I be paid to a Mercado Pago, Nu or Spin account?
Yes, if the account has a CLABE and is in your name. App-based accounts in Mexico receive SPEI like any bank.
Can I send the payout to someone else's CLABE?
No. Payouts are made only to an account in the verified seller's own name.
Which coins can I sell for pesos?
Bitcoin, Ether, Solana, Litecoin, TRON, USDT, USDC and DAI.
How can I prove a SPEI payment arrived?
Every completed SPEI transfer has a tracking key, and Banco de México's CEP service issues an electronic payment receipt for it. Your bank can look it up with the date, amount and tracking key.
