Before you start
What you need
- 01Your Pix key: CPF, email address, phone number or random key (chave aleatória).
- 02The type of key, so the payout reaches the right account.
- 03Your CPF (or CNPJ for a business account), which must match the key's owner.
- 04A verified Anytime Capital account.
Why PIX for a crypto payout
Banco Central do Brasil launched PIX in November 2020 and it quickly became the way Brazil moves money: it settles in seconds, works at night and on Sundays, and every bank and payment app in the country is on it. For a seller, the Pix key replaces the bank, branch and account number entirely.
Reais are credited straight to the account behind your key, with no waiting for a business day.
Which key to use
Any key registered to an account in your name works. A CPF key is the simplest because it is the same document we check your name against. An email, phone or random key works just as well; choose its type in the form so the payout is routed to the right account.
- CPF or CNPJ: 11 or 14 digits
- Phone: in international format, +55 then the area code
- Random key: the 36-character code your bank generated
Dollars in, reais out
Many sellers in Brazil hold USDT or USDC as savings and convert when they need reais. Sell any amount on the network you hold it on (TRC-20, ERC-20 or Solana for USDT), and the payout arrives in BRL.
Night-time limits and your bank
Brazilian banks apply a lower limit to PIX transfers received at night, typically between 8 pm and 6 am, as a security measure set by Banco Central. If your sale is larger than your night limit, raise the limit in your bank's app in advance or expect the credit the next morning.
Business accounts registered under a CNPJ can receive PIX too, but payouts follow the name on the order: a personal sell pays a key registered to your CPF.
PIX payouts: questions
Does PIX work on weekends and at night?
Yes. PIX runs 24 hours a day, every day, including weekends and holidays.
Why do you need my CPF as well as the Pix key?
The CPF confirms the key belongs to you. Payouts go only to an account in the verified seller's own name.
Can I use a random key (chave aleatória)?
Yes. Choose "Random key" as the key type and paste the 36-character key from your bank's app.
Can I sell USDT on TRON and receive reais?
Yes. USDT is accepted on TRC-20, ERC-20 and Solana; the payout is in reais whichever network you send on.
Is there a limit on PIX payouts?
Your own bank may set limits on incoming PIX, especially at night. Order limits on our side are listed on the fees and limits page.
Why is my PIX credit capped at night?
Brazilian banks lower PIX limits overnight as a security rule. You can change your night-time limit in your bank's app; the change can take effect after a waiting period.
