These Digital Wallet Terms apply when you add your Anytime Capital Visa® Debit Card to a digital wallet, such as Apple Pay or Google Pay ("Digital Wallet"). They supplement the Lead Bank Cardholder Agreement and the Lead Bank Accountholder Agreement, which continue to apply to all transactions made with your Card, including through a Digital Wallet.
You can add your Card to a Digital Wallet on an eligible device. We may require you to verify your identity before your Card is added. We may decline to add your Card for security or eligibility reasons.
The Digital Wallet is provided by the wallet provider, not by Anytime Capital, Lightspark, or Lead Bank. Your use of the Digital Wallet is subject to the wallet provider's terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the Digital Wallet's operation, availability, or any fees the wallet provider or your wireless carrier charges.
We do not charge a fee to add or use your Card in a Digital Wallet. Fees in the Fee Schedule still apply to transactions.
When you add or use your Card in a Digital Wallet, we may share information about you, your Card, and your transactions with the wallet provider and Visa to add your Card, prevent fraud, and provide the service. The wallet provider may collect information from your device under its own privacy policy.
Your device and Digital Wallet can be used to make purchases with your Card. Protect your device with a passcode or biometric lock, and do not let others add their biometrics to your device. If your device is lost or stolen, or you believe someone has used your Digital Wallet without permission, contact Lightspark, which provides customer service for your Card, immediately at 855-516-0103 or support@lightsparkpayments.com, and remove your Card from the device if you can.
We may suspend or remove your Card from a Digital Wallet at any time, including if your Account is closed or restricted, if we suspect fraud, or if the wallet provider changes its service. You can remove your Card from a Digital Wallet at any time.
We may change these Digital Wallet Terms by giving you notice as required by law.
