## Getting a fast answer on an integration

- Say which endpoint or MCP tool you called, and when (with your time zone).
- Include the ids involved: `pay_…`, `pl_…`, `inv_…`, `cus_…` or the webhook event's `evt_…`.
- Paste the error's `code` and `message` exactly as the API returned them.
- Name the API key you used by its name and last four characters. Never send the key itself.
- For webhooks, check the endpoint's delivery log in Settings → Developers first: it shows every attempt and the response your server gave.
